I take this opportunity to express my deepest gratitude to my gurus Dr Alka Deo Marulkar and the Late Pt. Rajabhau Deo, acknowledged virtuosos whose contribution to Hindustani music is well known. I shall always be indebted to their illuminating tutelage and their constant inspiration.

Though classical singing is my most ardent passion, I also take delight in other vocal forms, including  semi classical and light music.
